Hello my name is Tara. I am a sweet Wirehair Terrier mix that is approx. 1 year old and weighs 19 lbs. I can be very shy when meeting new people so I will need a family that has the patience to help me come out of my shell. I am suggested with children over the age of 10. I have never been around other dogs or cats so a meet and greet is suggested if you have other dogs in the home. I did test heartworm positive but thanks to donations made to Rockwall Paws, I will be able to be treated once adopted.
