Hello my name is Phoenix. I am an 82 Lb. 2 year old Great Pyrenees that recently tested positive for heartworms. Heartworms can be scary but I am relieved to know that once adopted I will be able to receive treatment thanks to donations made to Rockwall PAWS. I am currently available for adoption at Rockwall Adoptions. If you are looking for a friendly guy that enjoys socializing with his people, I'm your guy! I also know how to walk well on leash and would make a great companion for someone who is home most of the day. I can get lonely so I am not one that  enjoys being left in the yard alone for long periods of time. I would prefer to have a safely fenced in back yard where we can play and run together! No one has ever taught me how to fetch or play with toys and I so want to learn how!
