Meet Ozzy! Ozzy was a stray pup who ended up at Rockwall Adoptions and was never reclaimed. He is a 1 year old Heeler mix who tested positive for heartworms but you wouldn't know that by looking at him. Ozzy is such a happy guy! He does pretty well with basic commands, has good manners, and gets along with just about anyone and everyone.
