HAPPY UPDATE: BODHI HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

After a long wait, Bodhi has officially found his forever family.

This handsome German Shepherd mix spent months waiting for someone to choose him, and now he finally gets to leave shelter life behind and start the next chapter he deserved.

Bodhi is heartworm positive, but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, his treatment is sponsored so he can continue receiving the care he needs even after adoption.

His adoption may close one chapter, but the need for medical support does not stop there.

Donations to Rockwall PAWS help cover Bodhi’s heartworm treatment and also help provide medical care for other pets at Rockwall Adoption Center who may arrive sick, injured, heartworm positive, or in need of treatment beyond routine shelter care.

Bodhi got his happy ending. Your support helps make sure the next pet gets one too.

Thank you to everyone who shared Bodhi, supported him, and helped him reach this moment. And thank you to his new family for choosing adoption and giving him the home he waited so long for.

Happy Tails, Bodhi!
