**ADOPTED BUT STILL IN NEED OF YOUR HELP!**

Atticus was abandoned and ended up at the Rockwall Adoption Center where he was hoping to find his furever home. Atticus was lucky enough to get fostered from the Rockwall Adoption Center and as it turns out, his foster family fell in love with him and couldn't let him go. They decided to adopt him and make him a permanent member of the family!  This senior sweetheart is thrilled to have a family to call his own fur-ever but he has one more challenge to overcome to be able to live the life he was born to live! Atticus tested positive for heartworms and will need to receive lifesaving treatment for his heartworm disease.
