Hello. My name is Vinny! I am a heartworm positive 1-year-old male, Pit mix. I was originally found at the Harry Myers Park in Rockwall on 08/03/22 and brought to the Rockwall Adoption Center in the hopes that my family would come for me.  Sadly, they never came. So now I am available for adoption. I am a very sweet boy who walks excellent on a leash and enjoys comfy beds and blankets to nap on. Even though I walk on a leash I do not appear to know any basic commands but that's okay. It's never too late to learn new things. I also may be house trained/crate trained. I have not been tested with other dogs yet so, if you have other dogs in the home, I would like to meet them prior to adoption. Once I find my furever family and am good and settled in my new home, I will be able to begin my journey towards living a heartworm free life!
