| HI! My name is Violet! I am a 4-year-old female Black Lab/Shepherd mix that weighs 73 Lbs. I was originally found off of Shores Blvd. on 04/07/22 and never reclaimed. Now I am available for adoption at Rockwall Adoptions. I recently found out I have heartworms but I am glad to know that once I am adopted I will be able to receive treatment thanks to donations made to Rockwall PAWS. All donations made to Rockwall PAWS goes directly towards heartworm treatment for all heartworm positive dogs adopted from Rockwall Adoptions. I'm looking forward to finding my furever home and receiving treatment so that I can finally live the full life I was born to live! If you are looking for a very sweet and slightly energetic female furry companion I'm your gal! I walk on a leash pretty well but I'm going to be honest, I do need some basic training work. That being said, I listen to direction and correction so training should come pretty easily. I love to please people and am constantly looking for my handler's approval. I just want to make sure I am doing what I am supposed to do. I enjoy my comfy blankets and toys and like to keep my kennel pretty tidy. I have a dominant personality and prefer to play with submissive male dogs over females. If you have other dogs in the home a meet and greet is required prior to adoption.
