Hi there! I'm April. I am a 3-year-old female mini-Poodle mix who was found stray and never reclaimed. As my luck would have it, I didn't have to wait long before I found my furever family. Sadly, when my new family brought me to the shelter for my spay, rabies vaccination, microchip and heartworm test, it was confirmed that I am heartworm positive. So, now I will need to undergo treatment in order to cure me of this deadly disease. Treatment is costly but necessary in order for me to live a full and healthy life. With your help, I will be able to receive treatment and back to living my best life in no time at all.
