| Hello, my name is Ranger! I am a handsome 5 year old Lab/Great Dane mix that was recently surrendered to Rockwall Adoptions due to my family no longer being able to care for me. I am a big friendly boy! I do weigh about 80 Lbs but I'm a gentle giant! I am good with people of all ages and have always had another dog or cat in the home. So you can say I'm pretty well socialized. I have recently been tested for heartworm and sadly I did test positive. However, thanks to donations made to Rockwall PAWS, once I am adopted, I will be able to receive treatment with little or no cost to the adopter! I'm excited that I will get a second chance at a life I truly deserve! RAC staff is happy to answer any questions you have about heartworms, the treatment or adoption information.
