I have been adopted but still need your help! Hello my name is Jazzy. I am a 1-2 year old Lab/Pointer mix that weighs 45-50lbs and am currently available for adoption at Rockwall Adoptions. I am a shy girl that would do best in calmer home. I just need a home one that will give me time to get into my comfort zone. I have made friends with other dogs while I have been at the shelter but as always a meet and greet would be best if you have other pets in the home.  I am crate trained, walk on a leash well and am just an all around sweet girl! I am heartworm positive so I will need to start treatment once I am adopted and settled in my new home. Thankfully RAC and Rockwall PAWS have joined together so that dogs like me, aren't looked over and discarded just because we have heartworms. Heartworms, although costly to treat is very much treatable! With the help of a few big hearted local vets and donations made to Rockwall PAWS, heartworm positive dogs that are adopted from RAC will be able to get the treatment they need to be able to live out a normal and healthy life in as early as two months after adoption.
